CERVINO SKI PARADISE works daily to allow you to use the lifts and slopes safely, but it also needs your collaboration!

BEFORE LEAVING

Wear a FFp2 mask, it is mandatory to access the closed implants.
The only ones exempt from the mask obligation are small skiers under the age of 6 years.
Do not go to the implants if you have a body temperature above 37.5°.

Access to the facilities is limited and regulated. It is therefore strongly recommended that you buy / book your ticket online well in advance.

How to buy online in a few clicks:

Attention: before proceeding with the purchase, check the local weather forecast and the opening of the lifts

There are 2 ways of purchasing the ticket, whether or not you are in possession of the Key card

If you have a key card:

• Proceed with the purchase of the desired ski pass
• Go to the cart to pay (check out)
• When prompted, choose the mode "Connect the ski pass to a keycard" / "Register a new Keycard to my account", enter the keycard number in the portal (on the back of the card) including dashes, but without spaces.
• Choose whether to also buy insurance and accept the ticketing regulations, terms and covid regulations
• Finalize your purchase
• The ticket will go directly to the turnstile without going through the cash desk.

If NOT in possession of the key card::

• Proceed with the purchase of the desired ski pass
• Go to the cart to pay (check out)
• When prompted, choose the method. Collect the keycard at the location
• Choose whether to also buy insurance and accept the ticketing regulations, terms and covid regulations
• Finalize your purchase
• Tickets can be issued from the cash desks (payment of € 2.00 for the purchase of the key card) or from the automatic cash machine (Cretaz, Cervinia central cash desk, Valtournenche cash desk, Torgnon cash desk) on a free disposable ticket.

 

The matching of key cards (in possession) with tickets must be made when purchasing the ski pass and not after.
If the customer cannot go skiing for any reason, the ticket will not be refunded.

SKI LIFTS AND SLOPES

From 1 April 2022 the Decree-Law 24 March 2022, n. 24,
THE GREEN PASS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR ACCESS TO THE PLANTS

UNTIL 31 March 2022, the rules in force will apply:

Open lifts (chairlifts without dome) travel fully loaded, while closed lifts (cable cars, gondola lifts and chair lifts with dome) carry 80% of the vehicle capacity.
The Ffp2 must always be worn correctly, covering nose and mouth.
For access to the facilities, the green pass SUPER from 10/01/2022 will be requested randomly.

New DECREE-LAW 4 February 2022, n. 5

Coordination with the rules of other countries for safe circulation in Italy. (Art. 3)

Those who come from a foreign country and are in possession of a certificate of recovery or vaccination with a vaccine authorized or recognized as equivalent in Italy, in the event that more than six months have passed since the completion of the vaccination cycle or after recovery, Access is allowed to services and activities for which the Enhanced Green Pass is required after carrying out a rapid (48-hour validity) or molecular (72-hour validity) antigen test.

This also applies to those who have carried out vaccinations with unauthorized vaccines or not recognized as equivalent in Italy, always after carrying out a swab.

It follows that, in the presence of the aforementioned requirements, access to the ski lifts with the "basic" green pass will also be allowed, while the "reinforced" green pass remains mandatory in all other cases.

It is a specific obligation of the user to line up in an orderly row and maintain a distance of at least one meter in the queues and in the vicinity of the plants (if you have a tool at your disposal, you can measure it with a stick).
For restaurants on the slopes the same rules apply as for restaurants in urban centers and reservations are therefore strongly recommended.
Customers are reminded that in the event of ordinances concerning the change in the state of Covid19 risk by the competent authorities, the rules for access to the ski lifts may be subject to change:

In the orange zone – implants with a quota number and super green pass obligation
In the red zone – implants closure
