Covid19 – your safety first
CERVINO SKI PARADISE works daily to allow you to use the lifts and slopes safely, but it also needs your collaboration!
Access to the lift systems is regulated by displaying your green pass. It is therefore mandatory that you buy your ticket online in advance.
The Cervino lift systems will be in operation from 8.15 am, and the ticket offices will be open as follows: Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 12.00 pm to 4.30 pm.*
*To collect tickets purchased online in “pick-up” mode and special price tickets, the ticket office will be open also on Saturdays and Sundays from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.

How to buy online in a few steps:
- Select the desired ski-pass
- Select the chosen date
- Select the correct ski-pass price
- Proceed with the registration and go to checkout
Wear a surgical mask, it is mandatory to access the lift systems.
Do not go to the lift stations if you have a body temperature of or above 37.5°.
ARRIVAL AT THE STATION
After parking your car, try to keep a safe distance from others, avoiding crowds.
In different points of the station there are "Covid Stewards" who have the task of supervising the safety of users and assisting them for any needs.
Always follow their directions. If you need to collect the ticket purchased online, look for the nearest dedicated cash desk.
Follow the directions to access to the slopes, it is an obligation of the client to queue in an orderly manner and maintain a safe distance of at least one metre in the queues and in the vicinity of the lifts (you have at hand a tool to measure the distance, your ski poles!).
SKI LIFTS AND SLOPES
Open lifts travel at full capacity, whilst indoor systems (cable cars, gondola lifts and chair lifts with protection covers) will have a capacity of 80% of the vehicle.
Access to lifts will be only possible by presenting your green pass and a valid identity document, with exception of minors under the age of 12 years, and surgical mask or mask type ffp2 must always be worn correctly, covering nose and mouth.
It is an obligation of the client to queue in an orderly manner and maintain a safe distance of at least one metre in the queues and in the vicinity of the lifts (you have at hand a tool to measure the distance, your ski poles!).
For restaurants on the slopes the same rules apply as for restaurants in urban centers and reservations are therefore strongly recommended.
END OF THE DAY
If you intend to return in the future, keep your k-card to easily buy your skipass online (recommended).
Return to your car keeping a safe distance from other people as much as possible.
