A&O Fratelli Chatrian

The Boutique du Fromage, originally opened inside the dairy of Valtournenche, moved opposite it in 2009 to expand the product range and become an A&O mini market maintaining a vast selection of typical products of Aosta Valley.

Besides the well-stocked counter, where Fontina takes centre stage with the Tome, Fromadzo and salted and dry-cured meats like Jambon di Bosses, Lard d’Arnad and Mocetta, there is an area with wooden shelves dedicated entirely to wines, grappa, Genepy, honey and jams of Aosta Valley.

There are also handcrafted creations of the pastry shop Dolce Valle like the chocolate flavoured tegole (tile-shaped biscuits) and tarts.
Gift baskets are also prepared and it is possible to vacuum pack the different products.
