Baita Gran Sometta was born in Cervinia in the early eighties on the Ventina track, at 2830 meters.
Tradition with constant innovation are the strengths for an ever higher target.
Easily reachable, the Baita, has now become a historic place for aficionados of the locality, who return every year to savor the specialties offered, first of all the baked shank and eggs alla Gran Sometta, the Restaurant offers a menu with a wide choice of dishes offering guests a relaxing break before the afternoon descents.

Creativity and tradition, in a unique environment where it is not uncommon to across some animals, especially in the early hours of the morning.
Equipped with a large terrace, where you can breathe an air freshness, on sunny days, it allows an enchanting view of the entire area dominated by the Matterhorn. Guests are welcomed in a warm and familiar atmosphere and advised daily on the tastiest proposals.
