Download the Cervino Ski App
Download the official Cervino Ski App to your smartphone and sign up.
Buy your Mobile Skipass
Choose and purchase your skipass through the official Cervino Ski Paradise online shop.
Scan the QR code
After purchasing, scan the QR code to add your ticket to the Cervino Ski App.
Activate your skipass
Complete activation in the App. Make sure Bluetooth is switched on and the required permissions are enabled.
Keep your phone in your chest pocket
Place your smartphone in a chest pocket, preferably on the left-hand side, to help the gate detect it.
Enjoy your day on the slopes!
Approach an enabled lift gate displaying the Mobile Skipass symbol. The system detects your ticket automatically via Bluetooth. No need to take out your phone!

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Mobile Skipass if my phone battery is dead?
Your smartphone must be switched on and working to use Mobile Skipass. We recommend starting your day with enough battery charge.
Running low on power? At the main lift stations across Cervino Ski Paradise, dedicated stations provide portable power banks so you can recharge your smartphone.
Do I need to show the QR code at the lift gate?
No. The QR code is used to add your ticket to the App. At enabled lift gates, your skipass is detected via Bluetooth.
Do I need to switch on Bluetooth?
Yes. Mobile Skipass uses Bluetooth Low Energy technology. Switch on Bluetooth and grant the App the required permissions.
Does it work on every lift?
Mobile Skipass works at enabled lift gates displaying the Mobile Skipass symbol. Always check the information for your ski area.
Which smartphones are compatible?
Before purchasing, check the latest device compatibility requirements in the Cervino Ski App.
Do I need to take my phone out of my pocket?
No. Keep it in your chest pocket, preferably on the left-hand side, and follow the instructions for detection at enabled lift gates.
